The Wassilha service may include a nominal transport fee based on your location and distance. Our team will disclose any additional costs before confirming your request — no hidden surprises.

We conduct an initial inspection and provide a detailed quotation itemizing each component (parts + labor). No work begins without your full approval of the estimate. Price transparency is one of our core principles.

Watch for these indicators: squealing or grinding noise when braking, the vehicle pulling to one side, brake pedal requiring more pressure than usual, or vibration during braking. If you notice any of these signs, visit your nearest branch immediately for inspection.
AC is critical in Saudi summers. We recommend: inspecting the AC system before summer, checking refrigerant levels, cleaning or replacing the cabin air filter regularly, and avoiding setting the AC to maximum immediately — start low and gradually increase for optimal performance.
